A year ago, I had no idea where saying YES would take me.

I just knew I wanted something more.

I wanted to feel confident in my hair again.
I wanted something that was mine.
And I wanted the possibility of creating extra income without giving up the rest of my life to do it.

Was I confident when I started? Nope. 😂
Did I know exactly what I was doing? Absolutely not.

I started anyway.

And looking at these two versions of me side by side… the biggest transformation isn’t just my hair. ❤️

It’s the woman behind it.

I’m more confident.
I’m more willing to put myself out there.
And I’ve learned that sometimes your life starts changing because you finally stop waiting until you feel “ready.”

So if you’ve been watching me thinking…

“Could I actually do this too?”

Maybe that question is worth exploring. ✨

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to be willing to start.

Comment INFO or send me a message if you want to know what I actually do and how I got started. 💖

“MONAT didn’t work for me.” 👀
I hear this more than you think. But before we blame the entire brand, there are a few things worth looking at first.

Sometimes it’s the wrong routine.
Sometimes it’s inconsistency.
Sometimes the products aren’t being used correctly.
Sometimes you simply haven’t given your hair enough time.
And sometimes there’s something deeper going on that haircare alone can’t fix.

This is exactly why I don’t believe in randomly recommending the same products to everyone.

Your scalp, your hair type, your goals, your routine — they all matter.

And if you’ve tried MONAT before and didn’t get what you expected, I’m happy to help you review what you were using and how you were using it.

You might not need MORE products.
You might just need the RIGHT routine. 🤍

DM me “HAIR” — even if you didn’t buy your MONAT from me.

Save this before changing your routine again, and send it to someone who keeps jumping from product to product. 👀

My scalp and my ends went to couples therapy. Breakthrough. 🪑
Turns out I’d been treating two completely different things like one for about twenty years.
My scalp is skin — alive, actively producing hair, and getting absolutely nothing from me. My ends are dead protein and have been for a while. And I kept putting the same product on both and wondering why my ponytail felt smaller every year.
So they got assigned separate products. Boundaries. 🤝
↑ SCALP → IR Clinical Hair Thinning Defense Scalp Serum. Dropper, straight on, every day, worked in with fingertips. Helps reduce the appearance of hair fall and supports thicker-looking strands over time.
↓ ENDS → REJUVENIQE Oil Intensive. 3 drops, mid-shaft down. 13+ plant and essential oils, no silicones, so it absorbs instead of just coating.
Two bottles. Thirty seconds. They’re doing great now. Whose side are you on — the scalp or the ends? 👇 (Comment DUO if you want both products.)

Most of us are washing the wrong part of our head. I did it for 20 years.
Shampoo is for your SCALP. Conditioner is for your ENDS. Piling shampoo on top and scrubbing your lengths gives you dry ends and a scalp that never got clean.
Lather at the scalp → fingertips not nails → one full minute → rinse and repeat.
IR Clinical Thickening Shampoo boosts scalp health and helps create thicker, fuller-looking hair.*
Send this to whoever you’ve watched wash their hair wrong. 🫣
*Based on instrumental testing measuring hair fiber diameter after product application.
