The Haunted Vault is moving from Saturday to FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30!

After hearing from our community, we realized Friday evening makes more sense. It keeps our regular classes on schedule, helps us avoid Halloween-day traffic, and leaves your Saturday open for your other spooky plans.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us get this right. Apparently, it takes a village to organize a haunting. 🖤

We’re bringing the reformer Pilates, spooky music, sparkling c***r, treats, and a costume contest with three $50 prizes. You bring yourself—and whatever Halloween alter ego has been waiting for her moment.

Come in costume for your official contest photo before class, then change into your workout clothes if you’d like. Your cape has done its job. It can rest.

Emily is a certified reformer Pilates instructor, trained by Stephanie in the 15 to Fit method. She has a background in ballet and brings 2+ years of reformer teaching experience, from group classes to private lessons, and we’re so excited for you to meet her!

Her very first class with us is this Wednesday evening, September 30, and she’ll also be teaching this weekend!

Beginning Tuesday, October 6, her regular schedule will include Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, plus most weekends. Check the portal for her upcoming classes and weekend availability. ✨

We’re grateful to keep growing our team and supporting you in your time on the reformer.

100 CLASSES! 🎉 This week my girl was the first person to take 100 classes at the studio! Starting from a Pilates beginner, she’s worked her way up to our most advanced level & shows up nearly every day for herself. I am so grateful to have gotten to know her and to teach her so much 🖤 CONGRATS! 🥳

Isabella is joining us on our instructor coverage list, and we’re so excited for you to meet her!

She completed her training and certification through Club Pilates and brings 2,000 teaching hours with her. She loves a good challenge, working up a sweat, and especially Jumpboard—so our jumpboard lovers have a new friend coming. 😉

Growing our team means so much to us. This little studio is built around making time for yourself, finding encouragement, and having people in your corner. We’re grateful to welcome another instructor into that community.

You may spot Isabella around the studio as she gets settled in. Say hello, introduce yourself, and help us make her feel at home!

And yes, we’re just as distracted by the puppy as you are. 🐾
