📣 FINAL SPACES REMAINING…📣

Join me for my next 5-week course, starting Monday 14 September at Monks Eleigh Village Hall, IP7 7JL.

Baby massage is an incredible bonding opportunity, and can also help your baby’s sleep, digestion, immunity, and development!

On top of that, my course focuses as much on parent wellbeing as they do on baby wellbeing. Expect warm drinks, chocolate biscuits, the opportunity to make friends with other new parents, and discussions that will leave you feeling supported and more confident as a new parent.

Optional extra class at the end of the course for partners/grandparents to learn.

Course fee: £55 (includes oil, handouts and refreshments)

Places per class: 6 (giving you individual support as well as the chance to meet others)

Taught by me, Sarah Kelleway, a qualified massage therapist and mum-of-two - I’ve been in your shoes and there is absolutely no judgement here!

Qualified with the London School of Massage and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Fully insured, DBS-checked and first-aid trained.

Just a little foot massage for my toddler in front of CBeebies yesterday…

(And can we agree on just how cute and squidgy these little tootsies are?!)

Massage with my 2-year-old looks very different to how we did it when she was a baby, but we still do some every day!

Sometimes it looks just like this - some little toe rolls in front of the TV. Sometimes it’s a longer session on her tummy to help with wind and constipation.

The skills you’ll learn on a Tiny Touch Therapy course will stay with you as your little one grows and changes. I’ll show you how to adapt your approach to fit with them, and you’ll still be able to enjoy all the benefits of massage heading right into their teenage years!

The bottom line: it’s not just for babies 👶

Baby massage is not about a ‘perfect routine’. It’s not about remembering all the strokes, doing them in a particular order, or doing a whole routine in one go.

It’s about following your baby’s cues, and spending that time connecting with your little one. Learning what those new sounds mean, those facial expressions, or what they are trying to say when they clench those hands in that particular way.

Baby massage gives you precious one-to-one time where you and your baby are learning about each other. There are some days your baby may just want to feed, to be cuddled, or to sleep. Understanding and responding to that is just as important as the baby massage you are learning, and is all part of the process.

Connection over perfection. Always. 💛

With a few small changes, baby massage can still be a great thing to share with your baby even when the mercury's rising!

Happy Father’s Day!

It’s been a genuine honour to work with some lovely dads and grandpas this year, helping them to bond and build confidence with their babies.

Thank you for inviting me to work with you, and I look forward to hosting more baby massage events especially for the special men in your families soon!

Did you know you can learn how to massage your baby with me, from anywhere in the world?! 🤯

I created Tiny Touch Therapy to give new parents a chance to learn the incredible skill of baby massage and in turn experience all its many, many benefits.

I also know it’s not always possible or practical to get to a class, which is why I also offer online tuition to parents via video call.

Enjoy a 60-minute session of tailored baby massage tuition, plus the handouts you’d receive at my in-person classes.

Need more than one session? Subsequent sessions are available at a discounted rate!

Don’t know which oil to use?

Look in your kitchen cupboard (no, not the hot sauce!!). Sunflower seed oil is a great starter oil, as is coconut oil (but opt for sunflower if you are at all worried about potential allergic reactions).

You can also use grapeseed oil, and even olive oil (but only use a tiny bit - olive oil is quite thick!

If you like, you can do a little test patch on a small area of your baby’s skin and leave it 24 hours before you massage.

Don’t have oil to hand? A baby moisturiser works beautifully too!
