🎓 June is here and so is our latest issue of Stroll Edinburgh!

This month we are celebrating all of our incredible graduates. The late nights, the hard work, the big dreams. You did it and this community could not be more proud of every single one of you.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

🔥 This one is for all the Dads who live by the grill.

When Chef Mimmo Alboumeh is not behind the stoves at Botica or Chico Cantina, he is in his backyard doing what he does best. And let's just say backyard burgers hit different when a culinary master is running the show.

We are sharing his full Backyard Burger Bash recipe in this issue and it is worth every step. Cherry wood smoke, a bold spice blend, homemade cabbage slaw, brie cheese… yes, really.

Fire up the grill, Dad. This one is your moment. Find the full recipe in your current issue of Stroll Edinburgh and tag us in your burger photos this summer. We want to see them!

Meet Kobe, our May Precious Pet and the Manning family's most exciting new addition to Edinburgh!

This 10-month-old Parti Yorkie arrived just after Christmas, named after Kobe Bryant, and has been living up to the name ever since. He can jump three feet high, stand on his hind legs like a champ, and somehow never barks, yet misses absolutely nothing.

Welcome to Edinburgh, Kobe!

Owners Mary Beth Strawn and Elliott Kim are putting the finishing touches on something wonderful, and their grand opening is just around the corner.

Give them a follow over on Instagram at and stay tuned because you are not going to want to miss it!

Meet Riley Fields, a 23-year Edinburgh resident using her roots to pour back into the next generation.

Riley serves as a small group leader at Gwinnett Church, mentoring high school senior girls in faith, confidence, and community. "I wanted to invest in the next generation the way leaders once invested in me," she says.

Gwinnett Church is always welcoming new volunteers, including through their fall Be Rich campaign, where the community comes together to serve local nonprofits.
