Lesson 2 is in the books! Romeo was a perfect gentleman taking our lesson very slowly and steadily.

Did you know that interacting with horses affects your body by building deep core strength, improving cardiovascular health through active riding and stable chores, and boosting mental well-being. Because horses are highly sensitive to human emotions, they act as emotional mirrors, helping to lower stress hormones like cortisol and promoting physical and emotional relaxation.

We're on break from Reiki Among The Horses during the peak heat of the Summer but you can still spend time with the horses by taking a lesson at Serenity Stables! 💕💖💕

June is here, and so is summer! This month is all about celebrating the people we love - especially the dads, father figures, and male mentors in our lives - and about stepping into the energy, vitality, and aliveness that summer brings.

A Little Love for the Men in Our Lives

Let's talk about the guys for a minute. Father's Day is coming up on June 16th, and honestly? A lot of men don't prioritize wellness and self-care the way they should. There's still this idea that taking care of yourself is somehow "not manly" - which is total nonsense.

Men get stressed. Men hold tension in their bodies. Men need to relax, recharge, and take care of their mental health too - wellness isn't gendered. It's human.

Summer Energy: Time to Come Alive

Summer isn't just about the temperature getting hotter - it's about energy, vitality, and aliveness. After the grounding, introspective spring, summer wants us to move, to play, to express, to shine.

This is the season for:
