GLP-1 changed the game. But only if you do it right. 💉
➡️Most people jump in without asking a single one of these questions — and then wonder why they feel terrible, lose muscle, and gain it all back.
🤍As a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in microdosing GLP-1, this is the conversation I have with every single patient before we start.
You deserve a provider who actually looks at the full picture.
⬇️ Comment GLP1 and let’s talk about what’s right for your body.

I eat 800 more calories at 34 than I did at 25 and I weigh 10 pounds less. 👀 👉🏻Less food and more cardio was never the answer. 👉🏻Healing my gut, balancing my hormones, and lifting heavy changed everything. 👉🏻 Stop shrinking. Start healing. ⬇️ Comment FREEBIE for my free 30 day guide. 🎁

Skipping breakfast and surviving on coffee until 1pm is not discipline. It’s a cortisol and blood sugar disaster waiting to happen. 😭
And the worst part? 👉🏻You spend all day feeling proud of yourself for “being good” — and then your body completely takes over by 4pm and you can’t stop eating until you go to sleep.
That’s not weakness. That’s biology.
Your body was starving all day and it is simply doing what it was designed to do — survive.
I see this pattern every single week in women who come to me frustrated, exhausted, and convinced they have no willpower. And every single time the problem isn’t them.
It’s the cycle nobody taught them how to break.
Here’s what actually happens when you break it:
➡️ No more 4pm hunger spiral
➡️ No more nighttime snacking you can’t control
➡️ Stable energy from morning to evening
➡️ A metabolism that works with you instead of against you
➡️ Belly fat that finally starts responding
You don’t need another Monday reset. You need a different approach built specifically for your body.
⬇️ Comment START below and I’ll send you my free guide — exactly what I tell my patients to do in the first 30 days to break this cycle for good. 🎁

10 years of doing it wrong so you don’t have to. 😭🙏 Eating less. Running more. Wondering why nothing worked. 👉🏻If I could go back and tell 24 year old me one thing — it would be to stop shrinking and start healing. ❤️The information I’m sharing now would have changed everything for me then. Don’t wait another decade. ⬇️ Comment START and let’s get you on the right track!

If you need caffeine just to feel human — your body has been asking for help for a long time. ☕
I’m not here to tell you to quit coffee. I love coffee. But there is a big difference between enjoying your morning cup and needing three of them plus an energy drink just to function by noon.
That kind of fatigue isn’t a personality trait. It isn’t just “being a busy woman.” It is your body telling you that something deeper is off; and in most of my patients, that something is their gut.
Here is what nobody connects for you:
When your gut lining is inflamed, your body literally cannot absorb the nutrients that create energy at the cellular level. 👉🏻So it doesn’t matter how much you sleep, how clean you eat, or how many supplements you take. If your gut is dysregulated; and for petite women especially, this happens faster and gets dismissed longer; you are running on empty no matter what you do.
The caffeine just masks it. It doesn’t fix it.
✨I’ve watched women go from needing 3 cups of coffee and 2 Alani Nu’s to waking up with natural energy; 👍🏻not because they did a detox or bought an expensive program, but because we finally addressed the root cause.
That is available to you too.

Nobody in traditional medicine is going to tell you this in a 7 minute appointment. So I will. 🤫
If you’ve been bloated, exhausted, hormonally wrecked, and told your labs are “normal”, your gut has been trying to get your attention for a while now.
And the wild part? Most women don’t even realize how bad they’ve been feeling until they start feeling good.
Here’s what a few months of actually addressing root cause gut health looks like:
1️⃣Month 1 — the bloat starts calming down, sleep gets deeper, the headaches that were just “part of life” start fading
2️⃣Month 2 — your skin clears up, your mood stabilizes, you stop hitting a wall at 2pm
3️⃣Month 3 — hormones start balancing, brain fog lifts, and your weight finally starts responding again
👉🏻This isn’t a cleanse. It’s not a probiotic. It’s understanding what’s actually going on inside your body and fixing it at the root.
👩🏼‍⚕️As a nurse practitioner who specializes in gut health, hormones, and root cause weight loss; especially in petite women whose symptoms get overlooked. 👀 👉🏻 This is the conversation I wish every woman had access to.
Swipe through and save this. You’re going to want to come back to it.

Your brain fog, migraines, and mood swings might not be a brain problem at all. 🧠
Most women spend years chasing neurological answers — trying new medications, ruling out diagnoses, being told their labs are “normal” — never once being pointed toward the real culprit.
Their gut.
As a nurse practitioner specializing in root cause health, I see this pattern constantly — especially in petite women whose symptoms get dismissed or misdiagnosed for years.
Here’s what no one connects for you:
→ Your gut produces 90% of your body’s serotonin
→ Gut inflammation travels directly to the brain via the vagus nerve
→ An imbalanced microbiome can trigger migraines, anxiety, brain fog & unexplained weight gain
→ Hormonal shifts (hello, estrogen) make your gut more vulnerable — not less
This isn’t just gut health. This is whole body health.
And the good news? When we fix the gut, women start feeling like themselves again — clearer, lighter, and finally getting answers that actually make sense for their body.
If you’ve been dealing with any of these and no one has looked at your gut yet — that’s where we start.

If your hair is shedding like crazy and your skin suddenly looks dull, dry, or lifeless after starting a GLP-1… your body is trying to tell you something 👀
And no — it doesn’t automatically mean the medication is “bad.”
What I see WAY more often as a Nurse Practitioner is:
❌ women under-eating
❌ barely consuming protein
❌ rapid weight loss
❌ dehydration
❌ nutrient deficiencies
❌ muscle loss from not strength training
GLP-1s can be an incredible tool when used correctly.
But if your body isn’t being properly supported while losing weight, it will eventually start reallocating resources away from things like:
hair growth
skin repair
hormone balance
energy production
Because your body sees it as stress.
The goal should never be:
“how little can I eat?”
The goal should be:
✨ how do I lose fat while still supporting my metabolism, muscle, hormones, skin, and overall health?
This is exactly why I focus so heavily on:
✔ protein intake
✔ gut health
✔ hydration + electrolytes
✔ nutrient support
✔ sustainable fat loss
✔ preserving muscle on GLP-1s
You deserve results that make you feel BETTER — not depleted.

As a 5’2” woman AND Nurse Practitioner… I am begging petite women to stop taking weight loss advice from people who don’t understand petite metabolisms 👏🏻
Because no — surviving off 1,200 calories, doing endless cardio, and trying to “eat as little as possible” is NOT the flex social media made it out to be.
That’s exactly how so many petite women end up:
👉🏻exhausted
👉🏻obsessed with food
👉🏻losing muscle
👉🏻plateaued
👉🏻”skinny fat”
👉🏻frustrated that nothing seems to work anymore
Your metabolism is not broken because you’re petite.
But constantly under-eating CAN slow it down.
The goal should not be:
🚫 smaller and smaller portions
🚫 punishing workouts
🚫 trying to eat less every week
The goal SHOULD be:
✔ building muscle
✔ supporting hormones
✔ balancing blood sugar
✔ eating enough protein
✔ creating a metabolism that actually works FOR you
Petite women do NOT need less strategy.
They need a smarter one 👏🏻

Everyone talks about starting GLP-1s…
But almost nobody talks about how to SUPPORT your body while you’re on them 👀
Here’s the truth ⬇️
GLP-1s can absolutely help with appetite control and weight loss… but if you’re not supporting your metabolism, muscle mass, hydration, digestion, and recovery along the way, you may not see the results you were hoping for.
The women seeing the BEST long-term results are focusing on:
✨ adequate protein
✨ muscle preservation
✨ gut health
✨ hydration
✨ strength training + recovery
Because sustainable fat loss is about more than just eating less 🤍
The supplement stack I mentioned in this post can help support:
✔️ metabolism
✔️ energy
✔️ fullness
✔️ digestion
✔️ muscle retention
✔️ recovery
And remember — supplements are meant to SUPPORT the foundation, not replace it 👏🏻
