You guys the behaviors are in place and I’m crushing it. I feel better health wise and energy wise. Not gonna lie there are days my feet hurt but no pain no gain right?
I had a Urologist Appointment today and one year later I have no stones in sight! My dietary changes, vitamin additions, and increased water consumption are making the difference. Not gonna lie walking is also probably helping.
I am also starting to lose weight! Yes it’s happening! I think I need start taking pictures, it will likely blind me qualify as a hate crime but I want to one day be skinny as an Olsen Twin and be able to fat shame myself 😍 in all seriousness I am really excited and proud and can’t wait to lose more.

Who likes to juggle a lot and try to fit in a day? This guy! I like keeping busy but with ADHD you’re bound to drop or slack on one thing to keep up with the others. I can’t help it.
Updates on health… most important the pup seems to be fully recovered and back to normal which we love, David is mostly better and I’ve been normal.
I’ve been great with my walks, closing rings, and even water… I just need to work on time management and then I’ll be on track.

Stress is real and tonight’s goal of relaxing seemed to hit the spot for me. After work David had tacos ready for us which were really yummy. Then we grabbed the dog and went for a family walk in the nice weather. After we did some quick grocery shopping and came home to relax as a family in the office. David played his games and I just watched dumb videos on my phone before a nice long shower and now bed.

It’s been a wild 4 days. I do my best to keep up with my goals. I’m very proud that I squeezed in my 30 min walk everyday though.
The dog is doing much much better, after 3 trips to Ann Arbor for shots, controlled diet, and our dedicated love and care he is on the mend. ❤️🩹
David is still got the head/chest thing going on. He is generally okay just battling congestion and cough really.
I’m pretty sure I ended up with food poisoning on Saturday night. Sunday I took the day lightly but ended up feeling mostly normal by bedtime.

Wowsers today was a long and tough day. My partner David woke me up maybe 45 min after I went to bed (1230am) telling me we needed to take out dog to the emergency vet. We did, after calling around we made it to Ann Arbor by 2am and he has pancreatitis for a 3rd time poor guy. He should recoup okay. Thankful we are great about catching it. David also has a cold, my poor guys need extra love and care this weekend!

Today was a pretty good day, ended questionably though. My babe is getting sick with something probably from the plane how for a work trip and the pup has the poo poos. I’m hoping they are better tomorrow.

Do you ever feel like one event make you feel off for days? I do, our power went out Friday about 4pm and didn’t come back on until Saturday at 6pm. Because it was so cold we went and stayed with my mom until it was fixed. That threw off the whole weekend. Then today is St Patrick’s Day and originally I planned to work a half day then get some drinks. Instead I came home and clean/organized, ordered pizza, watched a movie, and made jewelry.

Where have I been? Well honestly I’ve been focusing on my goal but not posting. No on purpose but not wanting to do it in the moment and forgetting to later. My only miss on walking was Friday when I came home to no electricity, we had to pivot and pack up to spend the night at my moms, once there I kinda forgot about my walk until it was time for bed.
Water has mostly been much better, I find that drinking it after other liquids helps and slowly drinking less coffee helps too!
