We haven't posted in a while and we're making this post to share how we've been feeling.

The world and the state of our nation feels very heavy right now, it's safe to say we're all feeling it in some way. There's been a lot of debate whether to share our state of mind right now or not, but it feels inauthentic to not. As Americans, Creatives, Community Members, Empaths, Humans, we believe it is our right and our duty to speak on what we believe. So here we go..

We believe that all people deserve respect, dignity, and compassion. You know...Liberty and Justice For All? This is not what we're witnessing under this administration. We are vehemently against ICE and their terror, but instead of going on one hell of a rant about their abhorrent actions we'd like to say what we do support.

We support our community and the effort we've witnessed first hand as they organize peaceful protests, educational workshops, gathering to supply those currently affected with kits for their safety, gathering food/diapers for those afraid to leave their homes right now, and so much more. We support local businesses who are also using their platform to help and speak out. We support Immigrants, all skin colors, all religions/belief systems, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Humans can be so beautiful and incredible, we can't lose sight of this! We know, we're in the business of Beauty. As artists, we use tools and our skills to help people feel beautiful, but the beauty we see runs so much deeper than that. There's beauty in every day interactions, in thoughtfulness, in the smallest gestures that we witness and rarely call out. We all know the ugly parts of humanity, but lets not forget how beautiful we can be to each other!

We stand with you, we will fight for you and alongside you. We also stand with the victims within those files and all the ones who know their pain.

Happy Halloween 🎃

Lexi has come to us year after year for spooky season. This year driving from states away to create this hauntingly beautiful..and creepy..Siren transformation 🧜‍♀️ We get SO excited to do these looks, we're like little kids again! Spending hours behind the scenes learning the inspiration and planning, then hours actually creating the look. Kara and I get to fully hyperfocus, while Lexi goes into "the zone" and sits so still for us 😅❤ These photos were captured by the great photographer

✨Just a little reminder from The Beauty Bond✨

Our Co-Owner Alyssa is officially kicking off her wedding week! 💍🥂 With Kara as her Maid of Honor, we’ll be celebrating all week long out in Hocking Hills. 🌲💕

Because of that, 10/7–10/12 we’ll be out of town and unable to answer phone calls or messages. Reception in the hills is a little tricky, but we’ll do our best when we can! Normal responses will resume on Monday 10/13.

✨Big news from The Beauty Bond✨

Our very own Co-Owner Alyssa is getting MARRIED next week! 🥂💍 And to make it even more special, Co-Owner Kara will be right by her side as her Maid of Honor. 💕 We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this beautiful new chapter with her!

With all the wedding week festivities happening (and spotty reception out in Hocking Hills 🌲), things will be a little hectic behind the scenes. From Monday 10/7 through Saturday 10/12 we’ll be out of town and unable to answer our phone or respond to messages right away. Normal responses will resume on Monday 10/13.

Hair trials are the best because we really can talk over YOUR expectations and experience.... Sara decided that she would rather be comfortable on her wedding day, so we did a less structured version of this for her big day . But let's take a moment to appreciate this beautiful style we created for her trial ! ( Of course, I did not get a picture of her wedding day hair 🤦‍♀️ )
