Its officially been 1 year of hard work, and countless challenges, since the barbershop opened. The journey is exhilarating, daunting, and incredibly rewarding. Here are some key lessons I learned along the way:

4️⃣ Being adaptable and flexible is pivotal
5️⃣ Tracking all money in and out while breaking revenue thresholds. You cant measure what you dont track

Opening a barbershop has been an incredible journey filled with challenges, triumphs, and valuable lessons. While the road may be bumpy at times, the satisfaction of seeing your vision come to life and creating a thriving business makes it all worthwhile. It’s been 6 months since the shop has been open! I am truly thankful,honored, and blessed, to be apart of an awesome community.

To further show my gratitude to the community. I am changing my hours come January. During the week my hours will extend until 7pm! Below will be a snapshot of the schedule change.

All about the confidence boost round here!

One of my brothers who I've known for a long time pulled up on me last week. We rarely talk due to our lives being busy. But, as he puts it "its always like yesterday " whenever we link up. We starting catching and just talking about life. This particular part that I am going to reference really resonated with me. He said "man ever since I've known you, whatever you put your mind to, you do it. I'm very proud of you and continue knocking out your goals".

Man those words were and are still really impactful. You never know who is watching, cheering, and praying for you in private. So my brother (you know who you are) thank you for those words. I appreciate our talks! Moments like that really keeps things motion. I pray y'all are staying focus and driven as well.
