We were so excited to see our friends again Jedi Jiu-Jitsu

This time our girls didn’t come to play! We touched base on the best techniques to defend ourselves with a little knee action, arm bars, head locks, and even throwing our attackers over! 💪🥊

Join us for a special birthday edition of Run Club filled with movement, music, snacks, sparkles, and plenty of opportunities to meet new people! We’ll kick off the evening with a 2-mile run, then keep the party going by decorating our running shoes together. 👟💖

Celebrate summer with us at TGSC’s first ☀️ summer float trip ☀️ Pack your bags and bring your friends to Peyton’s Place Resort in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to float 6 miles down the Illinois River with us on Saturday, 15 August at 10 AM. Spots are limited and our sign up is only open until Friday, 31 July, so make sure to register today!
