Wintertime PRO TIP:
1. Right before bed, get your tin of Sistermade Beeswax Balm - lavender would be a great choice - and a pair of thin cotton socks.
2. Massage a generous amount of balm onto your feet, focusing on the heels, toes, or anywhere else you might have dry spots. Be sure to say nice things to your feet while you're massaging, like "Thank you so much for all your hard work, I really appreciate you!" (Do not underestimate the power of complimenting your body parts.)
