I was actually considering only offering lymphatic drainage to my post op clients, but I forget how much I loveeee this for general wellness too.❤ (still think about ittt)
And while you can absolutely notice a difference after one session, consistency is soooo important with MLD. I think sometimes people come in once, love how they feel and expect that one session to somehow be permanent lol. Our bodies are constantly moving fluid, changing, getting puffy, retaining water, all the things.
Adding MLD into your regular self care routine can help support lymphatic flow, reduce temporary fluid buildup and puffiness, and honestly it’s just such a relaxing reset for your body.
This isn’t weight loss and I’ll never advertise it as that. But feeling less puffy, lighter and more comfortable in your body??? we love her.
