Without God, my clients, my family, my supporters, and yes,even my non-supporters, I would not be the woman I am today. Every lesson, every challenge, every victory has played a part in this journey.

I truly wish my parents were here to witness this moment. 🥺 But deep down, I know they already saw it before I did because they spoke life into my future. 😭🥹

After 16 years of hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, and dedication, it’s all paying off. From being the young woman who was laughed at and talked about in beauty school to becoming a Master Hair Wellness Travel Stylist, Educator, and Salon Owner, God has remained faithful every step of the way.

This award is more than an award. It’s a reminder that purpose, persistence, and faith will always outweigh doubt.

Reasons I Do NOT Recommend Consumer Texturizers or Box Relaxers 🚫

• Consumer texturizers strip the hair of moisture, creating extreme dryness and brittleness from the ends up the hair shaft. Over time, this leads to severe breakage, often beginning after the first chemical process.

• Consumer box relaxers often leave buildup on the hair, causing it to feel rough, dry, and weak. Continued use can result in excessive breakage and compromised hair health.

• Both consumer products compromise the integrity of the hair by weakening its internal bonds. Once those bonds are damaged, the hair loses strength, elasticity, and resilience, making it more susceptible to breakage.

• Both products are widely available in dollar stores, grocery stores, and beauty supply stores at a low cost but the damage they can cause may require months or even years of corrective treatments.

Walk boldly through every door God opens for you. Don't let fear, doubt, or uncertainty keep you from your purpose. The same God who opened the door will give you the strength, wisdom, and grace to walk through it.
