to my extension girlies- my pricing structure is going to change a bit for extensions. i am still not upcharging hair costs, so the max you will pay for hair will stay the same! here are the things im changing:

- $300 flat rate initial install (max 2.5 rows. additional rows will be $50)
- NO BEAD MOVE UPS. "move ups" will now consist of me fully removing your rows & reinstalling on same hair.
- these ^ "move ups" will be $200 flat rate (extra $25 per row over 2.5)
- this IS a price increase. however, the installs will last longer. those of my clients that like to go longer in between move ups will be able to do so by reinstalling every time. you will be able to go 6-10 weeks in between move ups/reinstalls. i will be deciding the timeline from a professional standpoint to ensure your hair is not being damaged.
- the only difference between an initial install & "move up" is i will be shampooing, scrubbing your scalp, deep conditioning, and styling in the initial install. move ups will not include these things.

i appreciate all my extension girlies more than you know! this is by far my favorite service to do! i apologize if there is any inconvenience in this structure change. however, if my pricing no longer fits your budget- i have multiple talented stylists at ALLY GRACE SALON LLC that would love to assist you! 🖤

PSA on the potential frustration of inspo photos from ⬇️

I love inspo photos! But there are so many reasons why they are also the most frustrating thing.⁠
▪️ inspo photos show me what you like! I always ask for at least 3 inspo photos; why because then I can dissect what you are seeing in the photos and what’s in common.⁠
▪️I love most when people send me my own photos? Why because we both already know I can do it.⁠
🔺what I don’t like about inspo photos is that most only show you a result not really what the processes was, that the day they did that hair it was already blonde just enhanced. You don’t get the back story or even an idea of if that was anything similar to you or your goal.⁠
🔺most inspo photos I get are from Pinterest or a Google search and heavily edited, or extensions it’s just important to break down the photo to the client and show them those things, it’s our job to educate our clients so they understand why or why not that may not be possible.⁠
🔺inspo photos can be others work but I AM not a COPY MACHINE i can maybe get the tones figure out the placement but it’ll never be the same, no head is the same. And if you like my work it’ll most likely be my placement I use daily because I love my work. I will always do my best but I can’t recreate anything another stylist does just grab ideas and make it my own I’m an ARTIST that is the work I do.⁠
🔺 have realistic expectations with your inspiration. In two ways if you have box dyed hair you won’t be blonde for 6 months to a year, send some dark balayage option and some in between fazes that are more realistic. The process will be beautiful and you have to trust me with your hair.⁠
🔺lastly find people with the same skin tone, root color, eyes, complexion because when the photo is a pretty girl who has nothing similar to you I can give you that hair but it won’t look the same or in some cases your hair will never achieve that.⁠
▪️inspo photos are an amazing tool but trust your stylist and a good hairstylist will tell you the truth and walk you through your inspo photos and the process of getting to YOUR goal!
