I know I’ve been a little MIA around here lately. 🤍

After finishing my practitioner certification, I realized I had pushed myself pretty hard and burned myself out a little. So I gave myself permission to step away from posting for a bit, enjoy life, and just be present.

Moss & Mist hasn’t gone anywhere though. I’ve still been working behind the scenes, getting the studio set up, planning, learning, creating, and figuring out what I want this next chapter to look like.

I’m feeling refreshed, excited again, and ready to start sharing more with y’all. 🌿

One of my favorite things about being at Salon Rouge is that it truly feels like family — even my little one is right at home here. 🩷

So grateful to be growing Moss & Mist in a space that feels this welcoming.

I’m so excited to finally share that Moss & Mist Apothecary now has a wellness studio in Jefferson, Texas, located inside Salon Rouge Spa. 🤍

This is a space I’ve dreamed about creating—a quiet, welcoming place where you can slow down, feel heard, ask questions, and take a more intentional approach to your wellness.

I’ll be offering personalized wellness support with a focus on herbal education, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and helping you find realistic ways to support your everyday well-being.

Appointments will be one-on-one and by appointment only, so you’ll have dedicated time without feeling rushed.

Lately I’ve been making an effort to start my mornings with foods that leave me feeling full and energized.

Today’s bowl:

🍯 A drizzle of honey

One thing I’ve learned is that healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. A handful of whole ingredients can go a long way.

It’s official—I’m now a certified Naturopathy Practitioner. 🌿

I’ve spent so many late nights studying and working toward this, and seeing my certificate framed makes it finally feel real.

I’ll begin accepting wellness consultation appointments in mid-August at Salon Rouge Spa in Jefferson. These appointments will be a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk about your wellness goals, lifestyle, and herbal support options.
