Still reflecting on how beautiful Bloom & Breathe was 🤍🌿
So grateful to have collaborated with two incredible women, Ashlea and Stephanie , to create such a grounding and intentional experience together.
From wandering through the flowers at Indigo Iris Farm and hand-picking fresh bouquets while learning how to care for them, to moving through yoga, relaxing into sound bowls, and slowing down over snacks and wine — the entire day felt like a deep exhale. 🌸🧘🏽♀️🍷
More than anything, I loved watching everyone connect, unwind, and give themselves permission to slow down for a few hours.
Thank you to everyone who came and helped make the day so special. 🤍

POV: this was me BEFORE my massage appointment 😭💀
Lower back tight.
Knees crunchy.
Body sounding like microwave popcorn.
But listen… I practice what I preach 😌
Massage therapists need maintenance too.
Go book the massage before your joints start communicating through sound effects.
There was a time when this was just a dream I carried quietly.
Now I get to wake up, show up for athletes and clients I genuinely care about, and help people feel better in their bodies every single day.
That kind of fulfillment feels like real wealth to me.
I’m deeply grateful for every lesson, every opportunity, every client who trusts me, and every moment that brought me here. Sometimes I stop and reflect on how far I’ve come… and it honestly still doesn’t feel real. 💙
Rich in purpose. Rich in connection. Rich in doing work I truly love.
How to set up your space for restful sleep to help with recovery:
✨Dim the lights
Your brain follows light. Lower lighting = signal to wind down
✨Put your phone down (or reduce stimulation)
Scrolling keeps your nervous system in “go mode”
✨Create a calm environment
Cool, quiet, minimal distractions
✨Add a physical reset (this is the missing piece)
Lay on your back with your legs up the wall for 2–5 minutes
→ This helps circulation
→ Reduces physical tension
→ Signals your body to shift into rest mode
✨Focus on your breath
Inhale through your nose…
slow, heavy exhale through your mouth
(Longer exhales = nervous system down-regulation)
✨Slow everything down
Your movements, your breathing, even your thoughts
This is how you tell your body:
“You’re safe now. You can rest.”
Most people try to knock themselves out at night…
instead of gently guiding their body into sleep.
