Soul Haven Wellness Spa

LET’S GET OUR YOGA ON! 🧘‍♀️

We’re kicking off our new yoga sessions at Soul Haven with Tiffany Amburn, and we want you to come try it on us! 💚

🎉 YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
📅 This Tuesday at noon
👯‍♀️ Limited to the FIRST 8 PEOPLE who RSVP!

After that, classes will be just $10 per class, and you’ll get a punch card — come enough times and your next class is FREE! 🙌

💕 BRING A FRIEND!
When you bring a NEW client, you’ll get BOGO 50% OFF your classes.

And because this is Soul Haven…why stop at yoga? 😏

Come hang out in our NEW Zen Den, relax on the comfy beanbags, visit with the girls, grab a face mask, or treat yourself to a massage before or after class. We also offer Laser Lipo + Inch-Loss Wraps, and we’re getting ready to add Tai Chi and Pilates too!

And we’re not stopping there! 👀
We’re looking at adding:

🥋 Self-defense classes
💃 Fun line-dancing classes
🧘‍♀️ More yoga
🌿 Tai Chi
💪 Pilates
…and whatever YOU want!

We want to hear from you! Tell us what classes you’re interested in and what days/times work best for you.

And don’t worry if you’re a beginner or have an injury or physical limitation. We’ll work with you and offer modifications so you can participate comfortably.

Let’s get the women together, move our bodies, meet new people, laugh a little, relax a LOT, and get rid of some of the stress this crazy world keeps throwing at us. 😂💚

FREE CLASS THIS TUESDAY AT NOON — FIRST 8 PEOPLE ONLY!

📲 RSVP NOW to reserve your spot!
Tel: (305) 767-3425

Who would be interested in this? We are considering adding it to our spa menu ❤️ Does anybody know if anyone does this service in Muncie?
