to beautiful times with friends, it was one of the times I had said no birthday party. A friend came to me and asked why I wouldn't I said a lot of things weren't going on as planned !!! She asked a deep question "are you grateful for life" I replied yes I am, she said that's a reason you need to celebrate. Hmm I will not lie it was hard but I had to be strong for myself. I had an impromptu birthday party which was one of the best I had. Life may throw things at us which we might feel it hard for us to handle. Watch out it gonna be over soon. It doesn't matter how long it lasts look ahead into the future, It's working! It's working !! it's working!!! Enjoy every day so you do miss today's Joy. You can never get back yesterday.
