This 75 minute online Zoom class will include a meditation on taste (see MATERIAL list below), sensual movement, deep stretching, and breath focus. This class is appropriate for all levels, and can be done alone or with a partner/ loved one.

Sensuality is all about the senses! This 75 minute class will include movement, deep stretching, breath focus, and meditation. During this sensual yoga series I will pick a different sense to focus on each week. Our meditation for this class will focus on the sense of sight and how it impacts our energy, behavior, and thoughts. (See list of MATERIALS below). The Divine Feminine (She, Her) is the goddess energy within you, the feminine side that exists in both men and women. She is intuitive, sacred, sensual, and healing. She is something that canβt be seen but rather experienced and felt.

Connecting with my shadow self at Olympic Park in Alanta, GA. My mom and I decided to take a trip for Mother's Day to have some fun and get out of the house. Georgia was one of the first states to open things back up, so we decided to go to Atlanta. Some folks may have thought this was risky or unsafe, and that might be true. However, nothing is safe in life! Safety is an illusion. My mom has always taught me not to live in fear, and she makes sure to practice what she preaches. FEAR is a part of our shadow self, and it can take over our lives if we are not careful. This is not something we should judge or feel shame about, but simply notice. How does fear hold you back and strip you of your serenity? If this was your last day on earth would you want to spend it worrying about something you cannot control? What tools and techniques can you use to calm your anxiety and feel more grounded? These are all things you can learn through mindfulness and intuitive living. I teach meditation, yoga, and breath coaching to deal with these persisent emotions that are hard to think our way out of. Let's work on those chaturangas!!! During a typical vinyasa class one will encounter a lot of chaturangas, which is a great opportunity for growth if done correctly!! However, it's also a great opportunity for injury, overtime, if done incorrectly. In the pictures above I am demonstrating proper alignment vs improper alignment. Unfortunately this is a pose that is often done with improper alignment.
