A reminder that Happy Hues does belly painting too! 🥰
Painted a little safari adventure for this sweet baby on the way! 🌿 So much fun bringing this adorable belly painting to life with the cutest safari friends! 🐘🦒💚

My private dates fill up fast, so if you missed me this year, now’s the perfect time to book for next year!

Come see me THIS Saturday at the Downtown Farmers Market! 🎨 A little reminder that this is my second to last market of the month, with this weekend and Halloween being my last two chances to paint some happy faces before I take my little break! 🫶🏻 I’d love to see y’all there!

I’ve been told plenty of times that I should raise my prices, but I love my kids and want face painting to stay affordable for families in our community. 🫶🏻 I may not offer all the extras or add-ons, but I put my heart into the art I do offer. Face painting is a skill that takes time, practice, and creativity. At the end of the day, seeing my kids smile is what Happy Hues by Josie is all about. 💖

This may sound bias but my mom’s cooking is the best mexican food! 😋 Y’all NEED to try Miss Erika’s pozole!

❤️ GOOD FOOD FOR A GREAT CAUSE! ❤️

Y’allllll!! 🤤🔥 When I tell you this pozole and watermelon agua fresca were SOOO GOOD, I mean it!! 😍

Had to show some love to a fellow small business owner who is out here putting in the work to help support her sister’s gymnastics competition season! 🤸‍♀️💕

And let me tell you… SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! 👏

The pozole was absolutely delicious, and that watermelon agua fresca?! 🤌🍉 SO refreshing!!

One thing about me, I’m ALWAYS going to support someone out here hustling, especially when it’s for something they’re passionate about! ❤️

Small businesses supporting small businesses, and athletes supporting athletes! That’s what it’s all about! 🫶

If you get a chance to support her, DO IT! You won’t regret it! 😋🔥

A little update:
It’s with a heavy heart that I tell y’all I’ve decided to take a long pause from my little business after this month. I’m not quite ready to shut down Happy Hues, but I do feel like I need to step back for a while and give myself some time to focus on other things in my life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Happy Hues along the way. This little business has meant more to me than you guys will ever know. 🫂

So, if you’ve been wanting to come see me, October is your chance! Come say hi, get your face painted, and help me make this last month a special one. 🫶🏻💖
