What she wanted vs what she got
All nails are with Luminary Nail Systems in Clarity.
Set 1: She wanted this vintage glass look and well, I couldn’t find my 3D gel until after this appointment so we opted for cateye with matte and a jelly top. I LOVE how these turned out. I may even like them more than the original
Set 2: This is actually a combination of a couple of sets but then my client made this is Procreate. They came out better than I thought. Someday I might post the pictures with her thumbs/owls.
Set 3: She sent me the tortoise she’ll look and I asked if I could “expand” in that and using the two inspos I can up with this set. She and I are obsessed.
Set 4: This client usually lets me do whatever I want. I knew I wanted something with navy and gold so I did a combo of a couple different looks to make this one.
Set 5: She has brought me this look a couple of times and this time we were both brave enough to try it. I wasn’t 100% sure how I wanted to pull this off. I decided to try and inks and this is the results. Some of the inks smeared when I applied the matte top coat but hey, they’re abstract they still turned out really cool.
It was a great nail art day. I hope my daughter can edit together what little I got 🤦🏼♀️

This is what happens when I let my daughter edit for me so I can sleep. 😂 I can’t tell if she’s being sarcastic or not 🤔
Anyway! Our Luminary Hands-On the Art of the Structured Manicure was a success!!! I’m so grateful to all that came, we have got some amazing new Certified Luminary technicians!!
