No tricks, just tension relief.

Yesterday a client asked me if I still offer 75-minute sessions… and yes, I do!

He said, “60 minutes feels too short, but 90 minutes feels too long. 75 minutes is perfect.”

And honestly, he has a point.

60 and 90 minutes are typically what most clients book, so I realized I don’t talk about the 75-minute option very often.

75 minutes is that perfect in-between — a little more time to work than an hour, without committing to the full 90 minutes.

So just a little reminder… 75-minute sessions are always an option.

Massage is about more than just relaxing for an hour.

So many of us spend our days constantly going working, sitting at a computer, running kids around, staring at screens, thinking about the next thing that needs to get done.

And sometimes we don’t even realize how much tension we’re holding until we finally slow down.

That’s one of the things I love about massage. It gives you time to actually check in with your body. To notice where you’re tight, where your sore, how your breathing, and what your body has probably been trying to tell you for a while.

Yes, massage can help with stress and muscle tension, but sometimes that hour on the table is also just a reminder to slow down and pay attention to yourself again.

Your body usually tells you what it needs. We just have to give ourselves enough quiet to listen. 🧘🏼‍♀️
