We envision a Commonwealth of authentic inclusion where racism and sexism no longer dictates the outcomes of women of color and our communities.
Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition is dedicated to eradicating the racial inequities among women of color created by structural, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized racism. We will address racial inequities through authentic inclusion in the areas of politics, education, economic empowerment, criminal justice and health and wellness. Our success will maximize the benefits and contributions for all aggrieved communities of color and the Commonwealth as a whole.

Applications are open for the 4th Cohort of Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition's Intergenerational Leadership Academy – Women of Color Program (ILA-WOC).
This 12-week hybrid leadership experience is designed for emerging and established Women of Color professionals to strengthen leadership skills, build confidence, expand their professional network, and gain tools to create meaningful impact in their workplaces and communities. Summer Sizzle brought the energy at Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition 💃🏻🌺🌴
From the music and dancing to the raffles, conversations, and community moments, the night was full of joy, connection, and purpose.
Thank you to everyone who came out, dressed up, danced with us, and supported MAWOCC. Summer Sizzle was a celebration, but it was also part of the work: helping sustain MAWOCC’s programs and matching grant opportunity for the road ahead.
