Attention!! Please read and understand my cancellation policies! Going forward I will be taking cancellations and no shows more seriously. Please understand that when you cancel last minute (my policy is actually 48 hours or less but I usually enforce at 24 hours) it drastically affects my business. Please be respectful of my time and others time. When you cancel last minute I cannot easily fill that time slot and I lose money and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services. I understand things happen, but this is my livelihood and only source of income for my family. I will be enforcing my 50% fee for last minute cancels unless you provide an emergency reason for canceling last minute. Further, if you cancel day of, (less than 8 hours before) I will be charging full fee. No-shows are an automatic full service fee as well. Thank you so much for being here and know that I appreciate you all for respecting my time and valuable work.
