Continue doing them because the face like our bodies have muscles that we also need to exercise to tone them just like the muscles in our bodies. This is the bare face of a 68 yo who does all those things without filters. What you see is what you get. Seniors let’s all age gracefully. Embrace the wrinkles when they start to appear, embrace the laugh lines, it means you laugh a lot. Laugh a lot frown less. But don’t be afraid to cry if you need to. Crying is cathartic as well as a workout for the face. Crying requires the muscles in the face and neck to engage then release. It acts like a progressive muscle relaxation workout that builds tension then releases it.😂😂😭😭♥️♥️🧑And of course I use night creams, toner, moisturizers and lots of sunscreen after washing my face in the morning whether I stay at home or I go out. After my walk and prayed the rosary it was LEGS AND B***Y DAY with heavy ankle weights. Survived legs day!😰 but go for it! Who doesn’t want nice toned legs?? And seniors we need to exercise our legs to prevent those aches and pains in our knees and of course osteoporosis!MUSCLES IN ARMS ARE BACK again!!!💪💪💪 woohooooo
