Had a bad experience with lash curlers in the past? Turns out lash pads have everything to do with it! 👀
We have taken your feedback onboard and have now made the lash pads softer, bouncier and more flexible! 😍 This ultimately provides your lashes with extra support to prevent your lashes from being cut off!
The bouncier pads also mean that even "stubborn" lashes can be lifted into a feathery curl a lot easier! ✨
How?
Bouncier lash pads also mean that they are more rounded in nature, and will allow your lashes to more readily conform into a feathery, C-shaped curl! This is also why firmer pads will produce a crimped or L-shaped curl as they are a lot flatter in nature! 💭
Our lash pads are also SGS certified which means that they are made according to the global benchmark of quality and integrity! In short.... our lash pads are made of the highest grade silicone and made in a super hygienic facility! ✅
Why is this important?
You're generally cautious of what you put near your eyes.... right? Why should this not apply to your eyelash curler? 💁♀️
Fun fact: The Lash Tool is the first curler in the world to be granted an SGS certification! ✨

Lets begin...this stunning new packaging is in 🙈
If you've followed us for quite some time now you'd know that we previously had another Australia based small business hand make our beautiful pouch packaging for us!
They were absolutely stunning! They were eco-friendly, sustainable, reusable and super cute! However, it soon came to our attention that there were some challenges that came along with using this style of packaging for our product!
Christine (our lovely pouch maker) could not physically keep up with the demand of how quickly we needed her to produce these for us! Before she let us know that she could no longer keep up, she had handmade 20,000 pouches in the span of a few months... all by hand!🥺 She is an absolute legend!
Although the pouches were sooo cute, they were essentially not supporting the lash tools enough whilst in transit to our customers! The transit journey is definitely a rough one, and with that came many damaged curlers, which was absolutely devastating! Our customers were informing us about chipping, and misaligned curlers so we knew this was something we had to fix!
And we finally found the solution! We worked together with an amazing production and graphic design team to produce the new, and iconic lash tool box! It's super sturdy, so no more damaged curlers! And the best part... its 100% plastic-free & recyclable! Yay!

Two years in the making and here we are... (special surprise at the end🥰)
We started with a vision to innovate the standard eyelash curler to have it include everything that we thought the standard eyelash curler lacked or needed! ✨
Soon after launching The Lash Tool in March 2021, The Lash Tool became the next trending product after having gone viral all over the internet and ultimately set the benchmark for all eyelash curlers😇
So, we want to take this opportunity to position ourselves as a brand that actually listens, and in the past few months, we've taken all of your feedback onboard to further improve The Lash Tool. This is something we will always strive to do because your satisfaction is above all paramount to us 🤍
We have been working with a manufacturer that is exclusive to us to make sure that every single detail of this curler was perfect in every way, from the updated lash pads to the new painting technique and the stunning packaging...
