🤔 VEDĀ HOW TO:

▪️Warm up your oil in the microwave for 10-15 seconds! This will stimulate blood flow to your scalp and it feels, "oh so good" 😌

▪️Apply the oil! It's best to part your hair so you can directly deposit the oil on your scalp. As a general rule, one full dropper (about 2-3cm) is a good amount to apply from the front of your hairline all the way back to your crown. Depending on the thickness of your hair, you can create more parts and use smaller sections around your head to get better coverage! But you can use as much, or as little oil as you'd like 😉

▪️Relax! You've done the hard part. Now you can chill out and let the oil work its magic for a few hours, or even overnight! Just make sure you wrap your hair up in an old towel or t-shirt to protect your sheets/housemate's couch (VEDĀ might have something coming soon to help you reach maximum comfort for this part, but you didn't hear it from us 😏)

▪️Time to wash your hair! We wouldn't recommend a co-wash for this step, but even a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo will work just fine to clean away the oil 🤗

▪️Make sure you use the oil consistently! Once a week is great to moisturise and detox your scalp so everything is happy and healthy. For your scalp to be sublime, you've got to do the time (I really tried, I'm so sorry 😅)
