Shipping body butters during the hot, summer months is a TASK. Body butters are chilled and frozen prior to being shipped, as well as shipped in a thermal mailer with an ice pack to try to maintain its whipped consistency during transit.
There are steps you can take to further avoid your butter melting out in the hot mailbox. Carefully track your package to be in place when your order is expected to arrive. If you are not available during the day, we suggest shipping your package to a friend, family member, or even your job.
Rest assured, in the unlikely event that your butter still melts, pop it into the fridge until it cools back down and solidifies again. It will still have the same nourishing benefits for your precious skin.
