Great morning, I had to share this awesome message cause it means so much to me. Words are powerful, and I really needed to see this cause baby let me tell you, I’ve been feeling so discouraged lately but I keep pushing. When I first started 18 years ago in the nail industry I didn’t have a mentor, or no one to look up to. There were two black nail techs (representation is everything) that I knew of but when I did asked about nail related things I was shut down. But guess what, that only fueled the fire, the passion, and the gift God blessed me with. So now whenever I can help another nail tech I do! I have techs call me and message me all the time, I don’t have to speak on it always, I just love to help cause I wasn’t shown that same help or compassion.
