Accepting new clients

Happy hump day, remember to stay on track with your day and don’t stress. Sometimes things need to be let go and in that name take a deep breathe in accept the feeling and exhale and move on.

March detox is on its way. Been caving too much lately and In return I’ve had slower workout recovery & higher inflammation. Sh*tty sleep and a messed up stomach. Rebuilding my gut with homemade yogurt. Morning shakes consist of raw plantain or raw potato and act as a food for our bellies. Pre & pro biotics are extremely important to keep digestion, mood, and s**t running smoothly 🤣🤘🏼 literally.
