I’m Hailey!
I’d like to share a bit about myself!
I’m 21, in the Guelph Wellington area. I have a toddler and a puppy which makes home life crazy. After struggling to figure out what I wanted to do after high school (then having a baby) and still continuing to be unsure of where I wanted to go I decided I wanted to leap into the world of beauty - I’ve always had an interest in lash, brows, make up for myself. One of my really close friends started an apprenticeship and it honestly really made me want to go for something alike to get my into the beauty industry. Seeing how motivated, driven, happy she is with what she’s doing I knew that I wanted to be too.

I worked at McDonald’s for 5 years, even worked my way up to a department manager! But that wasn’t for me anymore after having a baby, I needed a more set schedule, I went into the world of indeed and found myself an administrative support job - it worked out pretty well, I even became their purchasing agent for a while, but as I’m sure a lot of you have heard people don’t leave jobs because they’re crappy they leave because the management is. That is exactly what happened to me. The management wasn’t the greatest and I did not feel supporting, I began to feel targeted actually. So I left, was jobless for 2.5 months! I began a course with an employment counselling to get back into work, they helped me get a contract with Childrens Foundation! I absolutely love the environment and what I’m doing, but unfortunately it is just a placement. Having the fact behind me that I wouldn’t have work after mid December really gave me the push. My mom helped me (love her with my whole heart) and I was able to start taking a lash course!

I’m super excited to be offering my services soon and grow my knowledge through out my online course and the salon I’ll be working at. I cannot wait to meet everyone that will come into my life and support me and help grow my lashing career.
