People see the 2mins 30 seconds on the mat. ✨
The routine.
The makeup.
The medals. 🏅
But they don’t see…
The 5am alarms. ⏰
The hotel breakfasts.
The hours of practice.
The tears after a bad run.
The tired bodies
They don’t see the all-day waits either.
And then...
You walk on that mat.
2mins & 30 seconds.
You give 1000% of your heart.
And sometimes...
YOU WILL LOSE BY 4/10 OF A POINT!!!
But hear me when I say this:
A score sheet doesn’t decide who the winner is.
(You’re in a division with the top in the country no fancy division titles to help with a win, straight up level 4 medium senior)
Your work ethic does.
Your courage does.
Your heart does.
And the girl who gives 1000% for her team
is already winning in life.
Always.
I didn’t sign you up for All Star
cheer
to join a parent sorority.
I signed you up because you fell in love with a sport.
So while others worry about who sits with who, who travels together, who’s in the group chat...
I’ll be doing one thing.
Watching you.
Clapping.
Cheering.
Being your safe place.
Because the mat is for the kids.
And no matter what the score says...(trust me I understand 2nd place!!)
You will always be a winner to me.
Every single time!

6 months ago I became an this was taken 3 weeks before stage, I was the leanest I’ve ever been. And I will never forget what I went through to get here.
During prep I:
-found out I was in menopause
-blew my back out and was crawling on the floor to the bathroom
The week of the show:
-this suit I tried on was sent back to be finished and never showed up (still hasn’t)…. I have zero faith in the mail system.
- I burned my backside on my red light
-I forgot my show day protein (which I never told my coach🫣)
And still, I did it after years of trying!
People tried to talk me out of competing this time because of everything I was going through, I’m here to tell you ANYTHING is possible!!
2025. I will never forget.!
Now we focus on a better package 💪🏽

⛓️💥Stage Photos⛓️💥
Still wrapping my head around last night. I had a goal and walked away with SO MUCH MORE. After 9yrs competing, 5yrs at nationals and 9 -2nd places. It’s been a ride to say the least. Apparently great things come in 10s.
My heart is warm from all the love I’m receiving. Finally heading home to show the fam some serious hardware! ❤️🥇🏆

Time to get back into the SWING of things after 9 flights, 8 hotels and 19 days.
Philippines 🇵🇭 and Indonesia 🇮🇩 you truly created eat, pray, love for our family, memories we will forever remember and quality time with each other.
These Christmas trips will forever be what i live for. With all our schedules and commitments life is crazy all year. The older the kiddo gets the less time we have.
Now…..its on 2024!! Let the prep and leanness begin! 💥
