My 2 cents on the day before Thanksgiving.

As we are living in a busy world, I get it. As we are hustling and bustling around on the day before Thanksgiving, I get it. As we are trying our best to be the best self, I also get it. I just hope that people are more considerate when they book their appointments and show up or at least give us, as a solo business entrepreneur, enough notice so we could fill in your slots and did not have to turn away other customers who really wish they could come before the holiday.

With this one- on-one concept business, you are the only customer that we spend our time with and you have our whole attention during the appointment time and thus when you cancel at the very last minute or no show, we don't either have a walk-in option to fill in the slot or even with a waitlist on hand, we can't expect a customer to come and take your slot with a very short notice. People have their lives and emergecies do happen and I respect that. And I hope people do respect my time, too. It goes both way in all relationships.

Have a happy Thanksgiving to you all. I am forever grateful for my customers who are a part of my livelihood 🙂
