Hey just thought I’d pop on and remind people of my policies in place. Unfortunately due to last minute cancellations and no shows I’ve lost out on £200 in the past 2 weeks. Please be reminded if you cancel with less than 48hr notice the full charge of the appointment is to be paid before booking an appointment in again. Completely understand life gets in the way!! However Us small business won’t be able to survive without having these policies in place, it’s simply hard enough as it is in this world. Hope you all understand why I do this and thank you to everyone who does follow this 🤎
