Sometimes you put on your rainbow goggles to see things a bit clearer. This year is really starting to pick up for me and the makeup thing! Some elderly ladies came in my job yesterday and were complimenting me on my makeup. One of the ladies said “I wish I had dressed how I wanted and was more (out there) when I was young”. The other agreed and said there was a lot of things they had wished they had done in their lives but were too scared to and worried about what others would think. The compliments warmed my heart but what they said made me very sad!! Live your life! WEAR WHATEVER YOU WANT! Be loud and annoying, you only get one shot, one body, and one time to make a first impression. Don’t hold back because even though some people might criticize you, they may also be the same people that deep down wish they were living as vivid as you are.
