The winter solstice on December 21st is a time to reflect and replenish the spirit. Go outside, look at the stars and take a deep breath - soon the days will start to lengthen and the nights grow shorter. Decorate your altar with evergreens and light a candle for the sun’s return. Take time to reflect on your last 6 months and then widen the lens to include the whole year past. This is a great time for silent meditation, reflective journaling and then creating intentions for the year to come. What do you want to manifest and bring to light? Share a meal and a toast with those you love and embrace the special and transformative energy of the solstice.

In my reiki practice, I will sometimes use crystals placed around the body for different energetic purposes. My most widely used crystal is clear quartz. This helps with amplifying the reiki as well as balancing and transmuting energy. Essentially, it helps to clear the clutter! 🤍

Distance sessions are now available for online booking. Reiki transcends space and time so you may receive a session no matter where you are in the world. Distance reiki is just as powerful as in person reiki! We will connect over zoom and you can recieve reiki in the comfort of your own space from wherever you are in the world. Meditation is one of my favourite tools for raising my vibration. I know that to many, meditation can seem intimidating, impossible or like another chore. Meditation is in your nature, it is a gift that we all have. Start with just a couple of minutes a day and experience the awesome benefits that these moments of stillness can provide.
