These are my must haves for overall wellness!
I love Thieves, Lemon, and Frankincense in the diffuser.
If you’re looking for high quality vitamin C and D, you’re not going to find anything better than Super C+ D.

NingXia is delicious and nutritious for the entire family!
My kids have been enjoying it since they were about 1 and 3, and they LOVE it, even seven years later!
It can be difficult getting all the veggies and nutrition needed into their little bodies. As a mom, I love having an option they ask for.

I’m obsessed with this dish soap.
Not only is it made with clean ingredients, it also doubles as a clarifying shampoo 💁🏻♀️
Once a week, I wash my roots with it THEN use my Lavender Mint shampoo & conditioner, and my hair feels so clean and soft!

I’ve been using this for a patch of dry skin I have, and the difference is incredible! If I could only use one lotion for the rest of my life, this is the one I would choose.
Added bonus, the oils in it are super calming do it doubles by helping me get ready for bed!

If you (or your kids) struggle with falling asleep or staying asleep, this is for YOU! For our fam, diffusing is key for sleep. I've included some diffuser recipes to try below.
2 Cedarwood + 2 Lavender
3 Peace & Calming
2 Seedlings CALM + 2 Frankincense
2 Sleepyize
Sleep is one of those things where different things work for different people, so don't be afraid to play around! It also might take some consistency before you see the results you're looking for, so try a combo for a week or so before switching it up!
If you're needing some extra support, you might also want to try Sleep Essence or ImmuPro at night. Both include melatonin and ImmuPro also includes immune supporting ingredients.

If your hands are dry and in pain from washing them so much, you need to switch to Thieves Foaming Hand Soap!
