Not push harder.
Not do more.
Not earn the rest.
Just — stop.
Be here.

And today I'm being reminded that the woman who takes care of herself is the woman who can take care of everyone else.
Rest isn't the opposite of progress.
It's part of it.

This is my reality.
Winter clothes. The couch. Cosy.
But here's my other reality — in 3 days I'm in a bikini. On a beach. In the middle of winter.
And I'm not going to crash diet.
I'm not going to add 5 extra workouts.
I'm not going to skip meals or panic.
