Beautiful day today! This is my garden sanctuary.🙏🏻Very grateful that i have Patrick to help me control my jungle! I know he thinks I'm crazy with my ideas sometimes, his favorite saying is ...' you think so?Ok! ' 🤣Just agree with the crazy one.

This is were the healing begins, you are encouraged to walk barefoot, slowly sipping in the air, smelling the plants, listening to the sounds, looking at the flowers, and sometimes it's quite amazing how after a treatment everything looks even brighter or you notice something you didn't see before! The best of all your breathing is slower and deeper and there's a few deep sighs as you walk, i love it, it makes my heart happy. That is why my garden is part of the treatment from the moment you walk in until you get in your car.
I am grateful for the support from the trees, and all the plants and energies that help me🙏🏻
