Kayroon's Coaching

Emotions were running high when we celebrated my niece birthday.

What an amazing time we had, we partied hard, we danced like no one was watching.

I am beyond blessed with the love I receive and give to my adopted family for more that 4 decades. What an honour, and what a blessing

This took me back to my childhood, what a great time we had.

Getting messy with Mulberries was something that made our parents very angry. But this time we can laugh about it.

It was real fun watching the children run around instead of staying indoors playing on phones and watching television.

There's something deeply grounding about getting your hands dirty and being in the garden.

I needed the slowing down and unplugging.

I needed to give this snake plant some room to grow and recover.

What do you do to feel grounded in your day of rest and relax?

Such fun, I was trying to tell the ball which way to go. Not without my headphones foe some calming music ❤️

Today was one of those days where nature reminded me of how beautiful life can be. The weather was glorious. The trees lush and full of life, I found myself in awe of the scenic views our country has to offer.

Truly happiness doesn't have to come from big things, sometimes just the pause and noticing and soaking up the beauty around us.
