Your healing and comfort are my top priority during treatment, and I am always watching for signs of discomfort, but PLEASE speak up if a technique is painful, so that I can adjust pressure or apply a different technique.
Creativity shifts the nervous system, and strengthens neural integration. I found a way to "work" while away. Been honing my creative expression in filming and editing. The latter got me into a flow state that I seldom experience with sedentary tasks. It kept me at my desk for half a day - creating an interpretation of the world instead of being out there experiencing it in real life. Ultimately my goal was to work towards creating more personal, polished content here on my business account. Hope you enjoy this little glimpse into my life outside of work.

Yesterday I had the privelege of meeting with Masibulele **ecrisis_capetown to identify needs and potential partnership in referring victims of r**e for treatment at my practice. Besides my offer of complementary services to their counsellors, we discussed fundraising needs and channels for accessing their services. I was impressed with the comfortable space and detailed support they offer from transport to counselling. While I treat people with various needs - trauma informed massage therapy, and the plight of women in South Africa are near to my heart and I'm looking forward to doing more community outreach in this space. Tomorrow I will be closed and joining the protest at Sea Point Promenade. It's time we make our voices heard.

As I enter my busiest time of year it's so important to fill my cup and empty my monkey mind.Today I had the privelege of joining The Woza Chi meditation and breathing workshop .chi. I love how accessible the course feels and how down to earth Warwick is - because meditation is for everyone. Thanks dude!

Happy 2024 everyone. It's been a busy few months. I will be increasing my treatment rates as of January 15th, and have added a 40 minute treatment option. Looking forward to the continued growth of my practice this year 🙌 Thank you to all who have shared my work with friends and family.
