If you grew up as a girl, you know the period panic. The constant checking of your chair, the hushed whispers to friends, the fear of a stain. 🏫👗
I look back at my younger self and wish someone had told me: 'Your body is not an embarrassment. This is a sign of your strength.

I do this work for the 13-year-old girl sitting in class right now, praying the bell doesn't ring because she doesn't have the supplies she needs. I advocate so that her period is just a monthly cycle, not a monthly crisis. 🛑🩹

This is why I’m a
Activist . Because every girl deserves to stay in school, stain or no stain! 🎓

Let’s come together to listen and keep the conversation going

We successfully conducted our menstrual hygiene outreach at FENI, engaging over 40 mothers and children in powerful conversations that broke silence, challenged stigma and promoted dignity in menstrual health. What started as a simple outreach became a meaningful moment of education, connection and empowerment reminding us that when communities open up, real change begins.
We are deeply grateful for the support and participation because together, we are not just sharing knowledge, we are restoring confidence, dignity and a voice to every girl and woman .
And we managed to donate clothes

We are not just talking about menstruation, we are protecting dignity, education and confidence. Many girls starts menstruating early so preparation is better than shock 😑📍.
