Menstrual Disorders
This is the abnormal uterine bleeding which is caused by a number of factors.

Risk factors include;
👉Hormonal Contraceptive pills
👉Sexually Transmitted Infections
👉Age
👉Stress
👉Smoking

Types of menstrual Disorders
Amenorrhea: Complete Absence of me**es. This can be due to some hormonal imbalance or menopause. It usually goes up to 90 days of no me**es.
Dysmenorrhea: Severe pain or Menstrual Cramps. This can be reduced by avoiding some foods and certain activities.
Menorrhagia: Heavy and Prolonged bleeding.
This is excessive bleeding exceeding the normal bleeding period. Normal is usually 4-7days anything beyond that is abnormal.

Management of Menstrual Disorders
Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as
👉ibuprofen
👉Naproxen sodium
At regular doses starting the day before you expect your period to begin can help control the pain of cramps.
Prescription NSAIDS can also be used.

Nosocomephobia is an intense fear of hospitals. It's a type of anxiety disorder that can cause symptoms and panic attacks. It may prevent you from getting important medical care or stop you from visiting loved ones. Nosocomephobia may be related to other fears, such as germs, disease, blood or needles.

But as I grew up I realized all those were just mere sayings because people had believed so much into traditional medicines💊
Even upto now some people are still Trypanophobic(extreme fear for needles).
