A smart phone is an important tool that gets you started on acquiring information and knowledge. THE QUESTION IS ....ARE YOU SOCIAL MEDIA / ELECTRONICALLY SMART ? ..DOES THE USE OF MEDIA MAKE YOU A WISE PERSON ??? WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO YOU ENTERTAIN ????..
Well , below are a few ways to help prevent trusting false information..
1. ANALYZE
You first know and understand what is been talked about, displayed or posted on media , later
2. THINK CRITICALLY ABOUT IT
Be able to look at the matter in different angles , ask yourself What , Why, How, When and Who . This way you will be able to know if the information is a fact , an opinion or misinformation .
3. EVALUATE
Every social media user at some point shares stories or content created by other sources , FROM YOUR FINDINGS after careful examination like suggested in point 2 above , HOW DO YOU MAKE USE OF THE INFORMATION ACCESSED ON MEDIA ? IS IT BENEFITIAL TO YOU AND THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU? DO YOU SHARE SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU LOVE SHARING ?
4. CREATE CONTEXT
Context creators do a very good job in making us entertained , motivated, educated, be accountable , solve problems and help us make informed decisions.
YOU a context creator is your context helpful that the receivers learn from it , communities learn from it and above all , does not bully others or cause Emotional damage?? Do you Research before sharing context from other sources ?...

Walking from congo to Zimbabwe is something I could never manage or even dream off unless otherwise .
When I heard that Dumisani Lingamangali Ncube Is on the walk to Zimbabwe I thought it wasn't worth it and that at some point he will tire and give up . Today he covers over 744 kilometers which is seemingly a joke to many of us but the reality is that indeed he has reached that far .
When I saw a picture of him trending in water I said "I knew it , he will given up at some point" . Truly there is something in him that is just unique and special , something that has inspired me , something that truly means RESILIENCE" is a must have ability that every individual must have .
he hasn't finished the journey yet , but still I feel there is power and a great lesson behind it all . EVERYBODY that has dreams but no means or connections must learn from Africa must walk .
EVERYBODY that is struggling in business or school must learn from African must walk
EVERYBODY that sees Dumisani as a mere motivator must learn from Africa must walk.
Today, not only is the mind transformed, he has brought meaning to what been a dreamer without financials means.
We may not walk as he did , Instead we will let his walk be a motivation and game changer .
