🔥 GOOD LEADERS VS GREAT LEADERS 🔥

One lesson that challenged me today is this:
The difference between good leaders and great leaders is intentionality.

Great leaders do not grow by accident. They grow on purpose. They don't wait for the perfect time. They don't wait for the perfect conditions. They decide to become better every single day.

John Maxwell teaches that every generation should become better than the previous generation because it can build upon what has already been given.

As leaders, our goal is not just to succeed.
Our goal is to leave a foundation that helps others succeed beyond us.

💡 Today I asked myself:
✅ Who did I add value to today?

She was once an ordinary woman from the province with big dreams buried by life’s struggles.

A mother of twins. A former government employee. Someone who experienced financial difficulties, debt, emotional pain, depression, and family struggles after a failed business opportunity years ago.

At one point, she even worked as a nanny for a newborn baby while preparing to go abroad as a caregiver, hoping for a better future.
