OFFICIAL NOTICE OF DETHRONEMENT AND REVOCATION OF TITLE

MRS PHILIPPINES UAE ORGANIZATION

TO THE PUBLIC, PARTNERS, SPONSORS, AND ALL CONCERNED PARTIES:

The Management and Executive Committee of the Mrs Philippines UAE hereby issue this formal notice regarding the resignation and subsequent revocation of the title held by Girlie Lahom Cebricos, Mrs Philippines Elite 2026.

Following her formal resignation dated October 20, 2026, and in consideration of her inability to fully fulfill the responsibilities, obligations, and standards expected of a titleholder, the organization hereby declares the official dethronement and immediate revocation of her title as Mrs Philippines Elite 2026, subject to the organization's governing rules.

A titleholder is entrusted with the responsibility of representing the organization with professionalism, dignity, integrity, commitment, and respect. The inability to consistently uphold these responsibilities and properly represent the organization is incompatible with the expectations associated with the crown and title.

Effective immediately, the following directives shall apply:
Revocation of Title: Girlie Lahom Cebricos shall no longer be recognized as Mrs Philippines Elite 2026 and is no longer authorized to use, claim, or represent herself under this title in any official or public capacity.
Cessation of Representation: She is no longer authorized to represent, speak on behalf of, or engage in any activities, appearances, endorsements, or partnerships under the name of the Mrs Philippines UAE Organization.
Immediate Return of Crown and Sash: She is hereby formally directed to return the official crown and sash, together with any other organization-owned materials entrusted to her, immediately upon receipt of this notice.
Public Notification: All sponsors, partners, affiliated organizations, media representatives, and members of the public are hereby informed that any future use of the title or representation of the organization by Girlie Lahom Cebricos shall not be considered authorized or endorsed by the Mrs Philippines UAE Organization.

This decision is made in the interest of preserving the integrity, credibility, standards, and reputation of the Mrs Philippines UAE Organization.

While we acknowledge her previous participation and contributions, the responsibilities attached to the crown must always be upheld. The title is not merely a recognition of achievement, but a continuing commitment to leadership, accountability, and honorable representation.
We respectfully request the cooperation and understanding of all concerned parties regarding this official announcement.

Ann Raquel Mateo Serrano, 36, is a proud Filipina from Zambales, Philippines, a devoted single mother of two beautiful children—a daughter and a son—a hardworking professional, and a passionate entrepreneur who has called the UAE home for six years.

Her journey as a single mother has taught her sacrifice, courage, independence, and unconditional love. Despite the challenges of balancing motherhood, career, and business, her children remain her greatest inspiration and the driving force behind her dreams.

Ann works as a Secretary at Black Water Security Services and owns ALSJ Renting Gown & Apparel, a business inspired by her passion for fashion and her desire to help women feel beautiful and confident. She also enjoys house design, where she expresses her creativity and appreciation for beautiful spaces.

Ann believes that challenges should never define a woman's future but instead become opportunities for growth and strength. She strives to be a positive example to her children, showing them that courage and perseverance can open doors to new possibilities.

As Mrs. Philippines Ajman 2026, Ann proudly represents the strength, beauty, and determination of Filipina women, especially single mothers and hardworking Overseas Filipino Workers. Debbie Suva is a proud 36-year-old Cebuana hailing from the "Queen City of the South," Cebu City, Philippines, and the reigning Mrs. Philippines UAE Dubai 2026 (Season 4).

A dedicated professional balancing multiple worlds, Debbie has been a resilient Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Dubai for 15 years, currently working as a Marketing Specialist for Ahmad Kassem Darwish Trading Est.

In God’s perfect will, and with the unwavering backing of her family and organization, Debbie is set to take her empowerment journey to the global stage as she prepares to compete in the upcoming Mrs. Grand International 2027 in Kazakhstan.

Debbie’s journey is a beautiful testament to redemption, love, and unwavering strength. A mother of two, she bravely navigated the challenges of being a single mother twice before finding a love that fully embraced her past her supportive husband, Mr. Elmer Racraquin.

Together, they love creating and designing intricate costumes .Mr. Elmer Racraquin the creative genius behind her spectacular Tikbalang national costume Debbie proudly wear the beauty of family teamwork and unconditional love represented at Mrs. Philippines UAE 2026.

Debbie was a former contender in the Sinulog Festival Queen Dubai 2016 and Mrs. Dubai International 2017. She has participated in various pageants across Dubai and actively joined charity events, children’s activities, and other community initiatives, demonstrating her passion for pageantry and community involvement.

However, the physical changes of motherhood took a heavy toll on her self esteem, leading to a 9 year hiatus where she struggled with lost confidence and body insecurities.

Returning to the stage for Mrs. Philippines UAE 2026 was her ultimate comeback and her victory is fueled by a powerful, deeply personal advocacy: Women Empowerment to Fight Body Shaming.

Having faced cruel judgments herself during her pageant journey, Debbie is fiercely determined to dismantle toxic beauty standards. She firmly believes that stretch marks and extra weight are badges of strength, not flaws.

As a queen, she wears her crown to remind every mother and woman that they don’t need to be perfect to be beautiful they just need to be brave enough to be themselves.

I am Gabrielle Louise Capati-Ortiz, a proud Kapampangan, a devoted mother of two amazing boys, and a woman who believes that true beauty lies in having a purpose beyond oneself.

I currently hold the title of Mrs Philippines – Abu Dhabi, 1st Runner-Up, Season 4 (2026), a milestone that represents not only my pageant journey but also my growth, resilience, and passion for empowering others.

As a Psychology graduate and former educator, I have always been passionate about understanding, nurturing, and empowering others. Today, I work as an Enrollment Manager, where my journey continues to be rooted in my love for education and my desire to create meaningful opportunities for every child.

My advocacy, Early Childhood Education and Inclusion, is deeply personal to me. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and shine, regardless of their background or abilities, because education should have no borders and inclusion should have no limits.

For me, pageantry is more than wearing a crown; it is about using my voice, sharing my story, and inspiring others through purpose and authenticity. In 2027, I look forward to representing Mrs. Cosmo Middle East in Myanmar, carrying with me the pride of my Filipino heritage, the strength I have found in motherhood, and a mission that goes beyond beauty.

Because at the end of the day, I want to be remembered not only for the crown I wear, but for the lives I inspire and the difference I make.

Mrs. Stephanie Lim
Mrs. Philippines UAE Culture and Heritage 2026

Competing for Mrs. Heritage International 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand on November 26th.

She is an Alumna of University of Santo Tomas, Manila with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts and Design, Interior Design major.

With 17 years of expertise in Interior Design, Event Styling and Visual Merchandizing, she is now a Founder & Creative Director of Stefisticated Styling in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

She was a former Head of Visual Merchandizing of Landmark Group - Home Box where she led
50+ retail stores across UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Qatar with a big team of 80+ creative individuals. She spearheaded opening and renovation of 20+ retail stores across GCC.

She was 6-time Speaker of Interior Design and Career Development to Interior Design students of University of the Philippines, Diliman, University of Santo, Manila and numerous PR events in UAE.

She was also a former Cabin Crew at AtlasGlobal Airlines and a 5-time awardee for Best in Catwalk of modeling competitions she joined.

Her advocacy is Empowered Minds Change Lives with a mission of inspiring confidence, growth and hope to her communities. Because she believes that when the mind is empowered and if you step into your true calling through service to others, success is bound to happen.

Taralyn Ex Crescini, 40 years old, is a proud Bicolana, born and raised in the Bicol Region, Philippines. She is the youngest of six siblings and a loving daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tomas and Ex Crescini.

Happily married to her loving husband, Joseph Duque, and a proud mother of four wonderful children, Taralyn is a dedicated career woman with over 15 years of experience as a Field Marketing Manager in the corporate world.

Beyond her professional and family life, she proudly holds the title of Mrs. Philippines UAE 2026 – Grand Winner (Season 4) and is preparing to shine on the international stage as she represents the United Arab Emirates at Mrs. Earth International 2026.

A true embodiment of beauty, strength, and purpose, Taralyn continues to inspire women and mothers to believe that dreams have no age limit, and every woman deserves her moment to shine.
