The real test is not knowing every step.
It is knowing what to do when the next step is not obvious.

Stem cells are often discussed as the treatment itself. In reality, their effect depends on the signals around them and how the tissue responds.

That is why regenerative medicine needs careful case selection, the right indication, and a clear understanding of the biology involved.

With peptides, I pay as much attention to the source as I do to the treatment itself.

A product that cannot be traced or properly documented should never be treated as a minor concern. Responsible care begins with knowing exactly what is being used before it reaches the patient.

Save this before considering peptide therapy.

A finger fracture is not only about the X-ray.

When I assess a broken finger, I also look at how the finger moves when the hand opens and closes.

Sometimes, the real problem becomes clear only when the patient makes a fist.

If the finger rotates, crosses over, or heals in the wrong position, it can affect grip and hand function later.

If you have a finger injury with swelling, pain, stiffness, or deformity, get it assessed properly.

Each part of life has shaped the way I work today through staying focused, remaining grounded, and give every patient my full commitment.

The roles may change, but the values remain.

Some lessons are taught. Others are earned in the operating room.

Wrist pain can be misleading.

A patient may point to the thumb side of the wrist, and the first thought is often De Quervain’s. But sometimes, the real problem sits a little higher in the forearm.

That small difference in location can change the whole diagnosis.

In hand and wrist conditions, I find that the patient’s story, the exact pain point, and the movement that triggers symptoms often give the most important clues.

The right diagnosis helps avoid unnecessary treatment and gets the patient back to work, sport, and daily movement with more confidence.

A PRP injection can support the treatment plan, but it should never be treated as a stand-alone solution.

The knee still needs time, guidance, and the right loading pattern after the injection.

Many patients are eager to return to the gym, running, or sport quickly, but the better approach is to rebuild step by step and watch how the knee responds.

Recovery is not passive.
It needs structure.

Regenerative medicine should never be presented as a shortcut.

A painful arthritic knee needs proper assessment before discussing PRP, stem cells, or surgery.

The aim is not to follow a trend.
The aim is to choose the option that can realistically help that knee.

That is the difference between offering treatment and offering the right treatment.
