Those little folds after lip filler⊠why do they happen? đ
Has it ever happened to you?
Sometimes itâs too much volume.
Sometimes itâs the wrong product.
And sometimes, the problem isnât actually the lip at all.
The surrounding bone support, skin quality and perioral anatomy all matter â especially as we age.
The answer isnât always more filler. Sometimes itâs better support, a softer approach, or simply treating the skin itself.
And in this area, knowing where the arteries are matters. đ©»
Good lip filler is not just about the lips. Itâs about the anatomy around them.

Not every area of skin laxity needs surgery.
For the arms, I often combine laser-assisted collagen remodelling with collagen stimulation to work on skin quality, firmness and contour â while keeping downtime relatively minimal.
This result was achieved with a non-surgical approach, with treatment tailored to the degree of laxity and the patientâs individual anatomy.
âš Usually 1â2 sessions
âš Around 1 week of downtime
âš Laser + collagen stimulator combination

July recap. The last three months have brought challenges that tested every ounce of my resilience. When your outer world is chaotic, Neville Goddard says you must respond with âbrazen impudenceââa shameless refusal to let circumstances dictate who you are. Proud of my grit, proud of my struggle, and holding the state until the dust settlesđ»đđŠ
âBody Protection Compoundâ â the name itself tells you where the story started.
BPC-157 is a peptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice, where its story is linked to the bodyâs natural mechanisms for protecting and repairing the gastrointestinal lining.
That biology is what first caught my attention.
Today, BPC-157 is being studied for potential effects far beyond the stomach â including tissue repair, inflammation, tendon and ligament healing, and recovery.
Do I think itâs interesting? Absolutely.
Do I think the science is finished? Not even close.
Human clinical evidence is still limited, which is why I believe peptides should be approached medically â evidence before trends, proper patient selection, and physician supervision.
Sometimes the most interesting therapies begin by understanding what the body is already designed to
One month after double chin Endolaser. Real patient. Real follow-up.
One of the questions I get asked most is, âHow much downtime should I expect?â
The answer depends on the individual, but many patients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the recovery can be.
In this case, we also incorporated post-treatment lymphatic massage, which can help reduce swelling and support a smoother recovery when appropriate.
Every face is different, and every treatment plan is tailored accordinglyâbut hearing patients describe their own experience is always more meaningful than me describing it.
Subtle. Natural. Structural improvementâwithout surgery.

A significant moment for regenerative medicine.
This week, the FDAâs Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended that several therapeutic peptidesâincluding BPC-157, TB-500, KPV and MOTS-câcould be compounded by licensed pharmacies.
Itâs important to understand what this means:
This is not FDA approval, and the FDA still has the final decision. But it represents an important step toward bringing peptide medicine into a more structured regulatory framework.
As a physician practicing in the UAE, this is something I appreciate.
Here, peptide therapy is already regulated. Licensed physicians can prescribe compounded peptides when clinically appropriate, and licensed compounding pharmacies operate under strict regulatory oversight and quality standards.
Innovation and patient safety should always go hand in hand.
Iâm excited to see where the science leads over the coming yearsâand I hope this encourages more high-quality clinical research to better define where these therapies truly benefit patients.
Evidence first. Hype second. Alwaysđ»
If youâve been considering forehead filler, I encourage you to think twice. Understanding the anatomy may change your decision.
Most people have heard of methylene blueâbut very few understand why itâs generating so much interest in longevity medicine.
Originally developed over a century ago, methylene blue is now being studied for its potential role in supporting mitochondrial function, cellular energy production, and reducing oxidative stress. These are areas closely linked to healthy ageing and cognitive performance.
At our clinic, every IV protocol is physician-led and individually tailored. Methylene blue is not a miracle treatment, nor is it suitable for everyone, which is why careful medical assessment is essential before treatment.
The future of medicine isnât just about living longer.
Itâs about helping your cells function better.
