Ang Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) ang pinakamadalas na hormonal disorder sa mga babaeng nagreregla o mga babaeng puwedeng mabuntis. Ang mga babaeng may PCOS ay maaring makaramdam ng ilan sa mga sumusunod :
💛 Hindi regular o paghinto ng regla
💛 Hindi mabuntis o magka-anak
💛 Pagtaba (karaniwan na lumalapad ang waist line o ang tinatawag na abdominal obesity kung saan mas maraming taba sa may baywang). Pero puwede ring magkaroon ng PCOS ang babaeng payat o normal ang timbang.
💛Taghiyawat (acne)

Pag gising tuloy ay parang pagod na pagod pa rin dahil hindi maganda ang kalidad ng pagtulog dahil bumababa ang oxygen sa dugo habang natutulog at naiipon naman ang carbon dioxide. Karaniwan din na naghihilik ang mga may OSA.
💛Dahil irregular ang regla, puwedeng kumapal ang lining ng matres. Huwag itong pabayaan para hindi mauwi sa endometrial cancer o kanser sa lining sa matres.
Tulad ng diabetes, wala pang gamot para gumaling o mawala ang PCOS...
