That question has shaped the way I built SKILLS.

Expansion only makes sense when the value can travel without losing its identity, standards, judgement, or operating discipline.

Some of the most important things I learned were never taught to me.

They came from watching people, surviving mistakes, working in different environments, building businesses, studying behaviour and noticing patterns that kept repeating themselves.

Over time, those observations became principles.

The Untaught Eye is about learning how to see what others pass over, and understanding that seeing something clearly also creates responsibility for what you do next.

Most businesses do not suffer from a lack of effort.

They suffer because too much depends on the wrong things: one person, scattered decisions, unclear positioning, weak systems, or growth that arrived before the structure was ready for it.

Strategic Direction is where I look at the business from above, identify what is actually holding it back, and decide what needs to change before more money, people, or energy are added to the problem.

Sometimes growth does not need more.

It needs better direction.

Look closely.

Those are not hairs.

That is SMP — Scalp Micropigmentation.

Pigment placed impression by impression to recreate the visual presence of natural follicles and reduce the contrast between hair and exposed scalp.

Look again.

That definition is not ordinary make-up.

That is SPMU — Semi-Permanent Make-Up.

Controlled pigmentation used to support selected facial features—brows, beard and other areas where greater balance or definition belongs to the face.

And this is where technique alone is never enough.

Because anybody can make something darker.

The work is knowing how dark.

Anybody can draw a line.

The work is knowing where that line belongs.

Anybody can create symmetry.

The work is understanding when perfect symmetry would make the result less human.

For a decade, SKILLS has built its name in those decisions.

Not in how much we can change.
